With these programs, you can receive technical assistance directly to your office or home.

JOB system setup

Requirements:
Installation steps:
  1. Click the proper version of JOBVNC
    Windows 95/XP català galego aranés castellano
    Windows 7/8/10 català galego aranés castellano
    and select open or run from internet. Depending on the security configuration of your browser, you must save it and then run the downloaded program.

  2. Double click on the operator advised connection.

Remote Utilities system setup

Requirements:
Installation steps:
  1. Click AGENT.EXE and select save to your computer.
  2. Run this programme on your computer and take note of Internet-ID and Password.

  3. Communicate your Internet-ID and Password to operator.

VNC system setup

Requirements:
Installation steps:
  1. Click VNC-4_1_2-X86_WIN32.EXE and select open or run from internet. Depending on the security configuration of your browser, you must save it and then run the downloaded program.

    For Unix/Linux or Mac systems (or as an option for Windows versions), download the corresponding version from:
    http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/download.html

  2. Click Next.

  3. Check "I accept the agreement" and click Next.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Uncheck "Register and configure VNC Server for service-mode" and "Start the VNC Server in Service-Mode" and click Next.

  8. Click Install.

  9. Check "No Authentication" and click Accept.

  10. Click Yes.

  11. Click Next.

  12. Click Finish.

Note for router, firewall, and proxy users:
You must open the port #5900. To do so, you will need your public IP address (click on "Who am I" at sima.cat) and the local IP address of the computer you want to access to (from the system console, run IPCONFIG).
Usage steps:
  1. To set your computer under technical assistance service disposition, open Start, Programs, RealVNC, VNC Server 4 (User-Mode), Run VNC Server.

  2. Open the current page and notice the following IP address to tech service: 216.73.216.120.

  3. On finishing the assistance, remember you shall close the VNC server. Locate on VNC icon at lower right corner of the screen; right-click your mouse (or left-click, if it is configured for left-handed); select "Close VNC Server",

    and click Yes.
